How to Connect to LinkedIn

As another great way to boost your SEO and reach potential new customers, SocialSurvey has the ability to auto-post reviews to your LinkedIn Profile!

To connect your SocialSurvey profile to your LinkedIn profile, just follow the steps below:

  1. In a new browser, log in to your LinkedIn profile

  2. Copy your LinkedIn profile URL (you will need this for step 9)

  3. In a new tab, log in to your SocialSurvey account

How to Request Transfer of Reviews

Have you switched companies or are you thinking about switching companies? Are you wondering how to transfer the reviews that you’ve worked hard for?

First, let us say that we’re glad to know that you’re interested in continuing with SocialSurvey! We do have some options to help you move forward:

If your new company is currently a partner of SocialSurvey, we have the ability to transfer your reviews! Before we can begin, we do need permission from your previous company's administrator. Please reach out to them to request that they email support@socialsurvey with their permission to transfer reviews. Once that is received, we can get that process going for you ASAP. If you are unsure who your company administrator is, please reach out to our Support Team to get you pointed in the right direction.

How to Connect to Facebook:

Business Page

Looking for another way to share your awesome reviews and boost your SEO? Consider connecting your SocialSurvey and Facebook Business Profiles!

Before we begin, please note the following:

  • SocialSurvey can only connect to your Facebook Business Page

  • SocialSurvey can only auto-post to the wall of your Facebook Business Page

  • If a review is not received and either auto-posted or manually shared to Facebook at least once every 60 days, it is possible that your Facebook token will expire and you will be asked to reconnect.

How to Manually Share to Social Media

SocialSurvey will automatically post reviews to your Facebook Business Page, LinkedIn, and Twitter profiles. However, you can also take advantage of our Manual Post feature to share any reviews gained before connecting your social media accounts to your SocialSurvey profile or to post to multiple Facebook profiles.

To manually post a review, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your SocialSurvey Account

  2. Click on the Profile tab

  3. Click on your public-facing profile link (this is found directly under your profile picture)

  4. Navigate to the review that you would like to share

  5. Click the social media icon to which you would like to share the review

  6. A pop-up window will appear with examples and prompts for posting

  7. Follow Appropriate links

How to Resend a Survey

Have you received an unfavorable review either due to a customer/client issue that has now been resolved or because the customer/client made a mistake?

No worries! You may resend the survey to resolve the customer/client error. Once the retake has been submitted, it will replace the old review (note: please allow 24 hours for your reviews to update). Just follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your SocialSurvey Account

  2. Click on the "Reviews/Replies" tab

How to Connect to Zillow

Please note that due to Zillow's third-party review polices, SocialSurvey cannot auto-post to their platform.

Instead, SocialSurvey's integration with Zillow:

  • Creates a direct link between your SocialSurvey and Zillow profiles. This link boosts your SEO and allows your customer and/or potential customers to easily navigate between your profiles.

  • Automatically displays up to 50 of your most recent Zillow reviews to the bottom of your SocialSurvey public page

How to Send a Survey

Take advantage of our send a survey feature to send surveys to past clients or even people who you have encountered but not done a transaction with. Please note that any surveys sent manually will not count towards our internal leaderboard.

  1. Log in to your SocialSurvey account https://socialsurvey.me/login.do

  2. While logged in to your SocialSurvey Account, from ‘Dashboard’ view SELECT ‘Send a Survey.

How to Connect My Google Business

  1. Would you like your client's to have the opportunity to post their reviews on your Google My Business Page?

  2. While Google's third-party policies do not allow SocialSurvey to auto-post reviews to the Google My Business Platform, SocialSurvey does the ability to configure secondary workflows that automatically ask customers to write another review on third-party platforms such as Google My Business (this is also true for Yelp, BBB, and Facebook Reviews). To find out which workflow your company has set up, please reach out to your company administrator.
